Key Features
Panasonic servo motors and drivers control the main drive, delivery, and feed sections independently, each paired with Humphrey planetary reducers for zero-backlash motion. This architecture ensures accurate film registration, consistent weld seams, and repeatable bag dimensions across extended production runs.
The CZ-1200 column pressing section operates at 16–28 m/min with stepless speed control, while the CZ-800 bag making section processes up to 1,000 pieces per minute. Operators can tune line speed to match material thickness and bag complexity without stopping production.
A single production line handles Q bags, U bags, Cap wraps, and Pad cushions by adjusting fold patterns and seal configurations. This eliminates the need for dedicated equipment per bag type, reducing capital expenditure and floor space for packaging operations that serve multiple product lines.
Automatic web-guiding correction systems (GK-71) on both the infeed and rewind sides keep film tracking within tolerance, preventing misalignment-related scrap. Air expansion shafts (74 mm diameter) allow roll changes in minutes, and magnetic particle clutches with tension controllers maintain consistent film tension from full roll to core.
The Mitsubishi FX3G PLC coordinates all line functions through a touchscreen HMI, with parameter changes taking effect immediately. Component selection — German-capital motors and inverters, Panasonic servos, Taiwan-made reducers — prioritizes global parts availability and long service intervals, keeping total cost of ownership predictable.
Technical Specifications
This production line uses PE/PA co-extruded film and the air valve film to weld air column sheet first, then fold the air column sheet to the desired bag pattern, and then seal and cut to get the finished air column bags. Wide range of bag patterns can be achieved by this line such as Q bag, U bag, Cap, Pad, etc., for different cushion packaging requirement.
