Key Features

The JDW-38NC uses an 80mm main hydraulic cylinder operating at 12MPa to deliver stable, powerful bending force. This fully hydraulic drive eliminates the inconsistency of mechanical linkages, achieving ±0.15° bending accuracy across carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and square tube profiles. Bending speed is adjustable up to 30°/s, letting operators balance cycle time against part complexity.

One machine handles carbon steel tubes up to 38×1.6mm, stainless steel up to 28×1.5mm, and square tubes up to 32×1.5mm. The bending radius adjusts from 45mm to 350mm with angles from 0° to 190°. With no restriction on the number of bends per workpiece and 1,900mm effective core penetration, the JDW-38NC processes everything from short furniture fittings to long boiler piping in a single setup.

Critical wear and motion parts use NSK high-speed bearings from Japan and HRB low-speed bearings from Harbin. The hydraulic system relies on Youran (Japanese-investment) solenoid directional valves, stacked pressure holding valves, and pressure reducing valves. The oil pump is a BEST joint-venture unit. These component choices reduce unplanned downtime and extend service intervals in high-volume production.

The integrated microcontroller from Anhe Machinery accepts manual input for bend angle, axis position, and machining parameters. Operators can program multi-bend sequences without specialized CNC training. A foot pedal provides hands-free cycle initiation, and the 600mm mold center height places the work zone at an ergonomic position for loading and monitoring.

At 2,500×900×1,400mm and 0.95 tons, the JDW-38NC fits into existing production lines without major floor-plan changes. It ships with a full tooling kit — Allen wrenches (4–18mm), adjustable wrench, grease gun, shock-absorbing feet, and contract-specified molds — so commissioning begins immediately upon delivery.
