Automatic Horizontal Pillow Packaging Machine

The machine replaces complex cam and gear assemblies with a dual servo motor configuration. This reduces the number of wear parts, lowers long-term maintenance costs, and delivers consistent positioning accuracy at speeds up to 160 bags per minute.

A photoelectric eye sensor continuously reads printed registration marks on the packaging film, automatically correcting feed length in real time. This eliminates the trial-and-error setup common with manual adjustment, saving both operator time and film material from the first bag onward.

Independent temperature controllers on the end-seal and center-seal stations let operators dial in exact heat profiles for each film type. Combined with an adjustable bag width of 50–160 mm and roll film capacity up to 350 mm diameter, the machine handles frequent product changeovers without mechanical modification.

Factory buyers can configure the machine with an intermittent gas-flush inflation device for MAP applications, an alcohol spray unit for aseptic packaging, a mechanical gusset former for retail-ready flat-bottom pouches, or an inline coder — adapting one base machine to multiple product lines.

Multiple automatic alarm functions monitor film breakage, abnormal temperature, and drive faults. The system halts operation before defective bags are produced, protecting product quality and reducing scrap rates during high-volume runs.
