The machine achieves a sustained output of ≥100 pieces per minute through synchronized gap index positioning, multi-station injection, and automated tube discharge. This throughput connects directly with upstream tube body making machines for uninterrupted line operation.
A centralized HMI panel governs all mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Built-in IoT communication enables remote monitoring of production status, fault alerts, and cycle data — giving plant managers real-time visibility across shifts and locations.
Supporting diameters from ∅16 mm to ∅50 mm in both laminated and PE materials, the machine adapts to a wide product mix without lengthy changeovers. A fixed or color code aligning positioning device ensures accurate shoulder-to-tube registration on decorated tubes.
Despite a 23 kW installed capacity (including 11 kW for heaters), actual consumption runs at approximately 12 kW/h. Lower energy draw per unit translates to measurable savings in facilities running two or three shifts daily.
At 3.2 × 3.1 × 2.3 m and 3 tons, the machine fits into existing packaging lines without major floor plan changes. Clear polycarbonate safety guards allow operators to observe the injection and forming process without interrupting production, simplifying quality checks and troubleshooting.
