Key Features

A servo motor and PLC control system govern strip positioning and cutting, delivering accurate alignment on both sides of the filter element. Positioning recognition ensures each sealing strip is placed consistently, even at sustained output rates of 240–260 pieces per hour.

Hot melt adhesive is applied and air-dried within the machine’s conveying path, so finished filters exit ready for the next assembly step. This eliminates offline drying racks and reduces work-in-progress inventory on the production floor.

The intelligent control interface displays all process parameters — strip width, feed speed, cut length, and adhesive timing — on a single screen. Operators select a stored recipe for each filter specification, bringing changeover down to minutes instead of mechanical adjustment.

Built on structural aluminum extrusions, the machine weighs only 0.5 t and runs on standard 220 V single-phase power at 0.7 MPa air pressure. Locking caster wheels let maintenance or layout teams relocate the unit without crane assistance.

Filters are loaded manually at the infeed station; every downstream step — strip application, bonding, cutting, and unloading — runs automatically. The HMI provides real-time status monitoring and alarm logging, giving supervisors full visibility into line performance.
