The servo positioning system, combined with photoelectric web correction, maintains ±0.10mm cut accuracy at full production speed. This level of repeatability is critical for paper cup fan blanks and packaging die-cuts where even small deviations cause downstream forming rejects.

Operating at 150–210 cycles per minute, the machine processes paper directly from rolls up to 1,800mm in diameter, bypassing separate sheeting operations. Automatic hydraulic roll loading and unloading keep changeover times short, maximizing actual run time per shift.

A 350-ton maximum pressure capacity ensures clean cuts through materials ranging from 120 g/m² coated paper to 600 g/m² white cardboard. The worm-gear-driven platen distributes force evenly, preventing partial cuts and extending die life.

Pneumatic plate locking allows operators to swap die plates in minutes without hand tools. Different blank shapes — fan-shaped cup blanks, lid rings, folding carton profiles — can run on the same machine with minimal downtime between jobs.

Electromagnetic clutch control, overload protection, and centralized automatic lubrication work together to prevent mechanical damage and reduce unplanned stops. All critical drive components and the control system use imported parts selected for durability in continuous-duty industrial environments.
