Each axis is driven by an imported servo motor with independent or synchronous control, delivering cam rotation accuracy of ±0.10° and wire feed precision of ±0.01mm. This level of control produces repeatable, dimensionally consistent springs and wireforms batch after batch.
Three machine models span wire sizes from Φ1.0mm to Φ8.0mm (iron wire) and maximum coil outside diameters from Φ110mm to Φ160mm. A single machine handles straight springs, torsion springs, tension springs, tower springs, double-twist springs, and free-form wire bending — consolidating multiple processes into one station.
An integrated precision tracking system inspects parts during production and stops the machine when tolerances are exceeded. Combined with automatic detection for wire breaks, disconnections, and tangles, the system minimizes scrap rates and protects expensive tooling from damage.
The Taiwan-imported CNC controller features an English-language interface for programming spring parameters, storing recipes, and making real-time adjustments to diameter or angle without halting production. Wire feed acceleration is managed automatically, simplifying setup for operators of varying skill levels.
Mechanical auto-lubrication keeps all drive and forming components properly oiled during long runs. Motor power ranges from 5.5 kW to 9.0 kW for wire feed and cam drives, sized to handle demanding materials and duty cycles across all three models.
