Each axis is powered by dedicated imported servo motors with closed-loop feedback, delivering repeatable positioning accuracy across feeding length, cam rotation, and forming tool movement. Cam angles resolve to ±0.10°, and wire feed length is programmable down to ±0.01mm — critical tolerances for springs that must meet strict OEM specifications in automotive and appliance assembly.
The BO-8322 handles fine wire from Φ0.2mm for electronics and instrument springs, while the BO-8350 forms stainless wire up to Φ5.0mm and iron wire up to Φ7.0mm for heavy-duty industrial applications. Buyers select the model that matches their production mix without paying for overcapacity, and the shared control architecture means operators trained on one model can run any of the four.
A precision tracking system monitors each formed part in real time. When a spring falls outside programmed tolerances, the machine halts automatically — preventing batches of defective parts from reaching downstream assembly. Additional auto-stop logic triggers on wire breakage, tangling, or feed disconnection, protecting both the tooling and the workpiece.
Mechanical auto-lubrication eliminates manual greasing schedules and keeps friction surfaces within spec during extended runs. Wire feed acceleration control smooths startup transients, reducing wire waste and tool shock. Combined with feed speeds up to 110 m/min, these features support high-volume, multi-shift spring manufacturing with minimal operator intervention.
The English-language HMI displays real-time machine status, active program parameters, and servo positions on a single screen. Operators can modify outer diameter, forming angle, or feed length on the fly without reloading a program. Program storage allows rapid changeover between part numbers — reducing setup time when switching from tower springs to tension springs on the same shift.
