Key Features

The imported computer control system manages up to 8 servo motors with cam positioning accuracy of ±0.10° to ±359.90° and feed length resolution of ±0.01mm. Operators can adjust spring outside diameter, pitch, and forming angle directly from the English-language HMI while the machine is running — no downtime required for parameter changes.

At 560 pieces per minute with cam rotation speed adjustable from 1 to 100 RPM, these machines deliver throughput well above the 200 PCS/MIN range common among comparable spring formers. The automatic wire acceleration function maintains consistent feed tension as speed increases, ensuring uniform spring geometry across long production runs.

A precision testing and tracking system monitors each spring as it is formed. When a product falls outside set tolerances, the machine stops automatically. This eliminates batch-level rejects and reduces the cost of post-production inspection.

Wire-break detection, disconnection sensing, and tangle-detection systems protect both the forming tooling and the wire supply from damage. An automatic lubricating oil supply system keeps all mechanical components properly lubricated during extended operation, reducing maintenance intervals and extending machine service life.

From straight compression springs to complex deformed wire shapes, the multi-servo architecture handles tower springs, pullback springs, tension springs, rectangular springs, clockwork springs, and custom wire forms. Maximum outside diameter reaches Φ20mm (BO-08) or Φ25mm (BO-12), covering most small-to-medium spring production requirements.
