Automatic Carton Stitching Gluing Machine

A secondary indentation stage applies controlled pressure along pre-scored fold lines, ensuring each panel bends at the exact intended position. This prevents misaligned flaps and uneven box walls, which directly reduces rejection rates and downstream rework at the packing station.

With a rated maximum speed of 400 m/min, the machine sustains high output over extended shifts. A dedicated 10 m/min point-move speed allows operators to verify registration and glue placement before committing to full production, minimizing startup waste on every new job.

Two independent correction stages align the carton blank before stitching and gluing, completely eliminating the scissors-mouth serial port defect common in single-pass folder-gluers. The result is a uniform overlap at every joint, giving end users a structurally sound carton.

The feeder accepts papercard ranging from 210g to 800g as well as A/B/E flute corrugated board, and handles folding box thicknesses up to 20 mm (BOBO800 and BOBO1100). This range covers everything from lightweight retail packaging to heavy-duty shipping cartons without mechanical changeover.

Each model runs on 6-bar compressed air at 10 m³/h with a 60 L storage tank, and total electrical power ranges from 22.5 kW to 29 kW. These modest demands translate to lower operating costs per carton and simpler integration into factories with limited power infrastructure.
