Automatic Angle Steel Flange Making Machine

The FL-50 feeds angle steel directly from coil stock through an integrated uncoiling station, multi-stage roller forming system, rolling unit, and automatic cutoff — producing finished circular flanges without manual transfer between stations. This single-pass workflow eliminates handling bottlenecks and keeps output at 17 m/min.

Adjustable diameter molds let operators switch between flange sizes starting from Ø200mm without changing tooling. The machine accepts five standard angle steel profiles (30×20, 30×30, 40×20, 40×30, 50×30), covering both equilateral and unequal cross-sections used across HVAC and industrial duct connections.

A TFT touch screen paired with Delta PLC and servo drives from major international brands ensures accurate, repeatable forming. Operators store flange parameters — diameter, profile, quantity — and recall them instantly, cutting changeover time on repeat orders to minutes rather than hours.

The companion FL-50-1 hydraulic punching machine adds bolt holes directly on formed flanges, with customizable hole diameters (2–5mm) and spacing. This eliminates a separate drilling or punching station, reducing floor space and labor for flanges up to Ø1800mm.

At 1,750 kg with a 24,500mm × 2,250mm × 1,500mm footprint, the FL-50 is built for continuous factory operation. Dual 7.5kW motors provide the torque needed to form 3–5mm angle steel without speed loss, supporting shift-long production runs in high-volume duct fabrication environments.
