The axial piston pump generates up to 32 MPa working pressure, translating into 65 kN of thrust at the riveting head. Operators trigger each cycle with a single button press — no repetitive manual squeezing — reducing fatigue during long flange assembly shifts.
At 68 kg on a wheeled cart, the entire unit — pump station, electrical box, reservoir, and hose — moves wherever the ductwork is. The remote riveting pliers reach confined or overhead joints without relocating the power pack, making it practical for both workshop prefabrication and on-site installation.
The working cycle relies on a direct motor-to-pump drive, a single-acting cylinder, an electromagnetic reversing valve, and a return spring. Fewer components mean fewer failure points, straightforward troubleshooting, and maintenance that site technicians can handle without specialist hydraulic training.
The 1.1 kW motor draws modest current from a 380 V supply, keeping operating costs low. Noise output stays well below that of pneumatic riveting tools, improving working conditions in enclosed fabrication areas.
Designed for φ4×10 mm and φ5×10 mm rivets, the machine covers standard angle steel flange connections used across rectangular duct systems in HVAC, industrial ventilation, and exhaust applications.
Technical Specifications
This equipment is one of the necessary machines for ventilation installation projects, and is suitable for riveting the flanges of ventilation ducts. It is characterised by high production efficiency, convenience, compactness, flexibility of operation, low noise and easy maintenance.
The machine consists of a pump station, riveting pliers, electrical box and high pressure hose. The motor directly drives the axial piston pump to produce high pressure oil, which pushes the piston of the single-acting cylinder connected with the riveting clamp to make a working movement for riveting operation. After the operation is completed, the electromagnetic reversing valve is controlled by a button, so that the oil circuit is connected or no-load relief, and the return spring makes the piston reset, completing a working cycle.
