Angle Bending And Cut To Length Machine

This machine combines decoiling, multi-station roll forming, angle bending, and automatic cut-to-length into one continuous process. Operators load a steel coil at one end and collect finished edge protection corners at the other, eliminating inter-process handling and work-in-progress inventory between separate machines.

All forming rollers are manufactured from Cr12MoV cold-work die steel, a high-chromium alloy with excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability. This material choice directly extends service intervals and maintains tight profile tolerances even under the abrasive demands of coated or galvanized strip.

With a thickness range of 0.2–1.2mm and strip width capacity of 180mm, the machine handles thin-gauge galvanized steel, stainless steel, and mild steel strips. This flexibility allows manufacturers to produce edge protectors for a variety of coil sizes and packaging standards without retooling.

The cut-to-length system accepts user-defined piece lengths through the control panel, enabling fast changeover between product specifications. Consistent, burr-free cuts reduce downstream finishing and ensure each corner protector meets exact customer dimensions.

At just 3000×800×1000mm, the full line occupies less than 2.5 square meters of floor space. For factories where production area is at a premium, this footprint delivers a complete forming-and-cutting solution without the logistics of managing multiple workstations.
