Key Features
Three separate patents protect the bending system, tooling, and grouped-tube structure. The ELESY servo motor and Mitsubishi inverter work together to control bending direction, angle (1°–180°), and radius (R15–R35 mm) with exact repeatability. Operators program complex serpentine patterns into the PLC and produce identical coils cycle after cycle without manual adjustment.
Where manual bending handles one tube at a time, the WA series bends up to 12 grouped tubes in a single cycle — each cycle completing up to 110 bends. This multiplies throughput by an order of magnitude while delivering uniform tube appearance and dimensional consistency across the full batch.
The machine accepts copper, aluminum, and bundy steel tubes from Φ3 to Φ12 mm with wall thicknesses of 0.3–1.0 mm. Combined with interchangeable bending dies backed by 300+ mould sets available from NTBOBO, the bender adapts to condenser, evaporator, and heat exchanger specifications across residential and commercial HVAC product lines.
The electrical architecture uses Mitsubishi PLC and inverter, Schneider contactors, HWIN screw rods, and CHNT pneumatic cylinders — all CE-certified. The KINCO touchscreen provides recipe management, real-time diagnostics, and alarm history, keeping maintenance simple and downtime short.
The Φ1800 mm rotary worktable and 700 mm feeding stroke accommodate long serpentine layouts. When paired with an upstream automatic chipless cut-to-length machine, the system forms a semi-automated cell that reduces operator count, minimizes tube-end burrs, and keeps fault rates low across extended production runs.
