The 40-ton punch press delivers 400 kN of force at up to 50 strokes per minute, with a 100 mm ram stroke and 75 mm mould height adjustment. Custom-designed punching dies ensure clean, burr-free perforations matched to your specific connector pattern requirements.
All 24 roller stations use Cr12 steel hardened to HRC 58–62 and finished with chrome plating. Mounted on 40 mm diameter 45# steel shafts, these rollers maintain dimensional consistency over extended production cycles, reducing downtime for tool replacement.
The roll forming line accepts steel strips from 0.3 to 1.0 mm thick and 40 to 110 mm wide, while the poly cloth feeder adjusts from 80 to 300 mm wide. This range covers the majority of rectangular duct flexible connector specifications used in commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
Electric decoilers and recoilers on both lines minimize manual intervention. The roll forming line’s dual decoiler configuration feeds two metal strips and poly cloth simultaneously, allowing a single operator to monitor the full line at 6–8 m/min working speed.
The punching press measures 1250 × 1100 × 2250 mm at 2,500 kg, while the roll forming machine occupies 3500 × 1200 × 1500 mm — both sized for practical factory floor integration. Each line draws only 3 kW, keeping energy costs low relative to output.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
