Seven independently servo-driven axes — feed, rotate, twist, lift, bend, cut, and quill — work in coordinated motion to produce true 3D wire geometries. Cam settings adjustable from 0.1° to 359.9° and feed increments as fine as 0.01mm give operators precise control over every contour, loop, and angle in the finished part.
Wire feed speed reaches 100 m/min with unlimited feed length, so the machine runs directly from coil stock without pre-cutting. Automatic feed acceleration matches wire speed to each program step, maximizing cycle output while maintaining forming consistency across production batches.
The built-in CNC system stores hundreds of part programs. Operators recall a stored program, verify the geometry on-screen, and begin production — reducing changeover from hours of mechanical adjustment to minutes of digital selection. On-screen angle editing allows real-time corrections without restarting the cycle.
Sensors detect wire-out, wire-break, and wire-tangle conditions and trigger an automatic stop, preventing damage to bending tooling and eliminating scrap caused by undetected feed failures. Protective enclosures guard all high-speed moving components while still allowing clear visual monitoring of the forming area.
At 4,300–4,600 kg and a footprint of 3,600 × 980 × 1,600 mm, the machine is built to absorb the forces generated when bending wire up to Φ12mm. Dedicated servo motors for each axis — ranging from 2.7 kW to 4.4 kW — deliver consistent torque without relying on shared drive systems that compromise performance under load.
