3-60mm Wire Rope Annealing Machine

Each CF model covers a continuous rope diameter range — for example, the CF32 handles 6mm through 32mm — without requiring any part replacements. Operators simply clamp the rope and begin the annealing cycle, which significantly reduces setup time when processing mixed rope inventories.

The annealing process produces smooth, tapered rope ends with a consistent conical or spiral profile. This finish prevents strand separation, makes it easier to feed ropes through sheaves and sockets, and meets the presentation standards expected by elevator, crane, and marine rigging customers.

Caster wheels on all models allow a single operator to reposition the machine wherever it is needed. The CF16 and CF32 units occupy under 0.6 m² of floor space, making them practical for rope fabrication shops with limited area or for on-site processing at ports and construction yards.

A tool-free clamping mechanism, foot pedal activation, and large handwheel for manual adjustment mean operators can work efficiently without additional hand tools. The integrated emergency stop button and enclosed electrical components provide a safe working environment, even in high-throughput production settings.

The CF series scales from 5 kW (CF16) for small-diameter elevator and general-purpose ropes up to 100 kW (CF60) for heavy mining and crane cables up to 60mm. This lets buyers select the right machine for their specific rope range without over-investing in capacity they do not need.
