Five independently servo-driven axes—wire feeding (3.5 kW), turning (2.7 kW), cutting (1.0 kW), moving (1.0 kW), and angle control (2.0 kW)—work in coordination to produce complex three-dimensional wire forms with consistent angular accuracy. The high-density servo motors sourced from established suppliers maintain tight positioning tolerances bend after bend.
The dedicated CNC computer stores hundreds of unique bending programs. When switching between part numbers, operators simply recall the saved program—no manual re-teaching required. This dramatically reduces changeover time on mixed-production lines where multiple wire shapes run in the same shift.
The three-suit feeding system handles soft wire up to Φ8.0 mm and hard wire up to Φ6.0 mm, giving manufacturers the flexibility to process spring steel, mild steel, stainless wire, and other materials on one machine without swapping feed assemblies.
A dedicated control panel with screen display shows real-time bend angles and machine status, allowing mid-run corrections without stopping production. Automatic stop protection engages when the machine detects a wire-out, wire-break, or tangle condition, preventing tool damage and material waste. Transparent safety guards and integrated work lighting give operators clear visibility into the bending zone.
At 2,200 kg with a solid steel chassis, the BO-580 is engineered to absorb vibration during high-speed bending cycles. The 380V/50Hz/3-phase power input supports sustained industrial operation, and the compact 2,510 × 1,400 mm footprint fits efficiently into existing production layouts.
