BO-480 Automatic CNC 2D Wire Forming Machine

The 4-axis servo-driven system uses imported high-density servo motors for angle control (1.5 kW), lift control (750 W), and cutting (1.0 kW). Each axis operates independently under CNC coordination, producing consistent 2D wire shapes with repeatable accuracy across large batch runs.

The dedicated Taiwan-developed controller stores hundreds of part programs. When switching products, operators recall the stored program and begin production immediately — eliminating the hours typically lost to manual re-setup on conventional bending equipment.

Built-in sensors detect wire-out, wire-break, and wire-tangle conditions and halt the machine automatically. This prevents tool damage, reduces material waste, and allows unattended operation with confidence during long production shifts.

With capacity for hard wire up to Φ6.0 mm and soft wire up to Φ8.0 mm, the BO-480 handles carbon steel, stainless steel, and softer alloys without tooling changes — serving automotive, furniture, retail display, and general manufacturing applications from one platform.

At 2,000 kg with dimensions of 2100 × 2000 × 1900 mm, the machine is engineered for vibration-free operation. The enclosed base cabinet protects electrical and mechanical components from dust and debris, and an adjustable task light provides clear visibility at the forming area for quality inspection during runs.
