With 6 pieces per press stroke and a daily capacity of 25,000 parts, this die casting machine is engineered for continuous, high-volume manufacturing. Automatic feeding, mold filling, part ejection, and inline deburring run in sequence without operator intervention between cycles.
A standard-equipped Japanese SMC mold closing detection system continuously monitors mold clearance during each cycle. This ensures consistent wall thickness, eliminates flash, and extends mold service life — directly reducing scrap rates and rework costs.
The integrated hydraulic accumulator supplements the 5.5 kW motor during peak-demand phases of the clamping and injection cycle. This lowers average power draw, reduces heat generation, and extends hydraulic component life compared to systems that rely solely on pump pressure.
The FATEK PLC paired with a Weinview touch screen provides clear process visualization, recipe storage, and alarm diagnostics. Single-head heating pipes are individually replaceable without disassembling the crucible assembly, keeping maintenance windows short and predictable.
Designed for lead, zinc, and tin alloys, the machine produces castings with surface quality suitable for downstream polishing, electroplating, or painting — serving industries from fishing tackle to automotive cable terminals and electrical hardware.
