High Temperature Elastomer Casting Machine CZ-20

The CZ-20 achieves ±1% repeated injection precision through precision metering pumps (TG-GP15-50 / JR50) and programmable injection timing accurate to 0.01 seconds. This level of consistency means each cast part receives the same material volume and ratio, which directly reduces reject rates and lowers per-unit production cost across long runs.

The mixing head rotates at 2,800–5,000 rpm, creating thorough mechanical agitation of the prepolymer and curative before injection. Unlike static or low-speed mixers, this forced dynamic approach prevents streaking and soft spots in finished elastomer parts — especially important when processing high-viscosity formulations at elevated temperatures.

With an adjustable mixing ratio of 100:6 to 100:18 and temperature control within ±2°C, the CZ-20 handles a broad range of PU elastomer chemistries. Operators can switch between TDI/MOCA, MDI/BDO, and NDI-based systems to produce parts with different hardness, resilience, and wear characteristics without changing equipment.

The 500L and 150L tanks paired with a 10–20 kg/min adjustable flow rate support both small-batch prototyping and continuous production. A vacuum system (6×10⁻² Pa, 15 L/s exhaust speed) removes trapped air from materials before casting, eliminating porosity defects in load-bearing components like industrial wheels and rollers.

The fixed 1-meter arm positions the mixing head precisely over molds without requiring manual lifting. The control panel provides direct access to injection time, temperature, and flow settings. At approximately 2,500 kg, the machine sits stable on the factory floor, and the overall footprint fits within standard production cell layouts.
