Low Pressure Foam Injection Machine CZ-1000

The CZ-1000 maintains tight shot-to-shot consistency across its 100–500 g/s output range, directly reducing material waste and ensuring uniform insulation thickness or part weight. Gear-type metering pumps on both A and B components deliver reliable volumetric accuracy even when processing raw materials up to 3,000 CPS (ISO ~1,000 MPa·s) viscosity at 22 °C.

Unlike passive or static mixers, the high-speed dynamic mixing head produces thorough, homogeneous blending of polyol and isocyanate. This results in finer, more uniform cell structure in the finished rigid foam — critical for thermal insulation performance in appliance and building material applications.

A mixing ratio range of 100:50 to 100:150 supports diverse rigid foam chemistries without mechanical modification. The 2.3 m rotatable swing arm — customizable in length — positions the head over molds, jigs, or conveyor fixtures, making the machine suitable for both batch and semi-continuous production layouts.

Dual 300 L tanks paired with a 2 × 3.2 kW heating system keep raw materials within optimal temperature and viscosity windows. Stable material conditions translate directly to predictable foam rise, reduced reject rates, and lower per-unit production cost.

At 1,200 kg and a 3.7 m × 1.35 m footprint, the CZ-1000 fits into existing lines without structural modifications. Dry, oil-free compressed air (0.6–0.8 MPa, 600 NL/min) and low-pressure nitrogen (0.05 MPa, 600 NL/min) are the only external utilities required, both customer-supplied and commonly available in manufacturing facilities.
