The dual HJ30-50 piston metering pumps maintain a dosing accuracy of 0.05%, ensuring the polyol and isocyanate components are mixed at the exact ratio required for your foam formulation. This level of precision directly reduces material waste and eliminates quality defects caused by off-ratio mixing.

The dedicated PLC system stores up to 99 injection programs covering heating, injection, cleaning, and blowing sequences. Operators select a program on the HMI touchscreen and the machine executes the full cycle automatically — minimizing human error and enabling fast changeovers between different product specifications.

The 2.3-meter boom arm positions the mixing head into confined mold cavities, refrigerator shells, water heater jackets, and panel assemblies. The adjustable reach means one machine can serve multiple fixture stations without mechanical modification.

With twin 250L tanks and a customizable flux range of 50–200 g/s, the GZY-1000 handles both small-cavity fills and larger insulation pours in a single setup. Tank volume and output rate can be tailored at order to match your specific throughput targets.

An alarm relay activates when the pre-set injection quantity is completed, alerting operators and preventing overfill. Combined with the PLC’s automatic cleaning and blowing routine, this protects both the finished product and the machine’s internal components from foam residue buildup.
