High Pressure Foam Injection Machine CZ-1000

The CZ-1000 uses programmable logic control to regulate metering pumps, mix head speed, and injection timing. This delivers high repeat accuracy at outputs of 1000–2000 g/s, ensuring uniform foam density and consistent part quality whether you are filling refrigerator cavities or moulding automotive cushions.

Unlike low-pressure machines that require solvent flushing after each shot, the CZ-1000’s high-pressure impingement and forced dynamic mix head (2800–5000 rpm) self-cleans during operation. This eliminates solvent consumption, reduces cycle time, and cuts hazardous waste — a measurable cost saving on every shift.

With an adjustable mixing ratio of 100:50–150, the machine handles rigid insulation foams (up to ~3000 CPS viscosity at 22°C), high-resilience flexible foams, and slow-rebound formulations without hardware changes. Operators switch between product types by adjusting PLC parameters, not by swapping components.

Dual heating elements (2×3.2 kW) keep raw materials at target viscosity, while the system requires 0.6–0.8 MPa dry oil-free compressed air and 0.05 MPa nitrogen — standard utilities in most production facilities. Pressure gauges and PLC feedback loops maintain process stability throughout extended runs.

The rotatable 2.3 m swing arm positions the mix head precisely over moulds without manual lifting. The cream-colored, orange, or deep sea blue powder-coated frame resists chemical exposure and shop-floor wear. At 57 kW rated power and 1200 kg total weight, the CZ-1000 delivers industrial-scale output in a footprint that fits standard production cells.
