Ultrahigh Pressure Polyurea / Pu Spraying Machine

The BDF-X processes polyurea elastomer, polyurethane all-water foam, PU foam material, PU adhesive, and sealants at a fixed 1:1 mixing ratio. Switching between material types does not require mechanical modification, which reduces downtime when projects call for different coatings on the same site.

Two independent 4,500W heaters regulate material temperature from 0°C to 90°C, keeping viscosity within the 200–1,000 CPS operating window. Professionally engineered heated hoses distribute heat evenly along the full 15 m run, preventing cold spots that cause uneven spray patterns or nozzle blockages.

At 125 kg on a wheeled steel frame with integrated handle and foot stabilizers, the BDF-X is built for demanding field conditions — rooftops, tunnels, tank interiors, and construction sites where space is limited. One person can position the unit without auxiliary lifting equipment.

The straight-row gas circuit paired with an external pneumatic integrated control system delivers fast, sensitive actuation with minimal moving parts. This design lowers the failure rate compared to hydraulic systems and allows maintenance technicians to inspect or replace components without disassembling the frame.

Hose connections use full-closed waterproof fittings covered by heat-insulation and anti-abrasion layers, protecting against moisture ingress and mechanical damage on active construction sites. The painted metal frame and robust pump assembly are built to withstand dust, chemical exposure, and repeated transport.
