The BDF-IV uses a pneumatic motor with an optimized direction-change mechanism for smooth, bidirectional operation. Powered by a standard air compressor, it avoids the electrical hazards and maintenance complexity of motor-driven systems, making it dependable on construction sites, rooftops, and remote locations.

Stainless steel proportioning pumps deliver accurate 1:1 ratio mixing while minimizing abrasive wear on internal seals. An onboard DOP solvent tank lets operators flush residual material quickly, reducing downtime between batches and extending pump life across thousands of cycles.

The main unit’s separate aluminum heaters draw on 9.5 kW of heating capacity to bring materials to operating temperature quickly. Each hose is independently heated using wrap-inside technology — a significant improvement over external heating methods — so both A and B components reach the spray gun at uniform temperature and viscosity, even over 90-meter hose runs.

A digital display panel lets operators set and monitor material temperature in real time. Built-in overload protection automatically limits heating output to prevent material degradation or equipment damage, giving crews confidence to focus on application quality rather than babysitting the machine.

At 157 kg on a wheeled frame, the BDF-IV moves easily between work areas. The standard package ships with the main machine, two material pumps, one spray gun, and a 15 m heated hose set, so buyers can begin spraying without sourcing additional components.
