The integrated high-frequency induction heating unit delivers localized, controlled heat directly to the joint area. This prevents thermal damage to adjacent tube sections, produces clean solder joints without flux residue, and maintains consistent joint quality across thousands of cycles — critical for leak-proof refrigeration and HVAC assemblies.
Once the workpiece is loaded and clamped, the machine handles heating, solder wire feeding, and water-spray cooling automatically. This three-step automation reduces operator intervention to workpiece loading and unloading, minimizing human error and enabling a single operator to manage multiple machines.
The Mitsubishi PLC manages welding timing, feeding sequences, and cooling triggers with repeatable accuracy. The Artrich touch screen provides a clear interface for parameter adjustment, recipe storage, and diagnostics. Schneider low-voltage components protect the electrical system against overloads and short circuits.
Capillary tube length capacity up to 3,500 mm and welding length up to 3,300 mm cover the majority of residential and commercial HVAC components. Both dimensions, along with the electrical system, can be customized to accommodate non-standard product lines or regional power specifications.
Pneumatic clamping fixtures hold tubes firmly during soldering, preventing misalignment. The emergency stop device provides immediate shutdown capability. Water cooling at 0.2–0.4 MPa pressure brings joints to handling temperature quickly, keeping line throughput high while protecting operators from burn hazards.
