Key Features

The BO-60 produces smooth, mark-free tapered ends in a single forming pass. The four-piece Cr12MoV mold set is computer-engraved for uniform contact pressure, so workpieces require no secondary grinding or polishing before assembly.

Each tube is formed in 6–15 seconds, allowing operators to maintain rapid production rates even during large batch runs. The 5.5 kW motor and 177 r/min spindle speed provide steady torque without stalling on thicker-walled tubes up to 2 mm.

The oversized cast iron headstock absorbs vibration and resists wear, maintaining concentricity and dimensional accuracy over thousands of cycles. Powder-coated steel housings protect internal components from shop-floor dust and debris.

Switching between taper profiles takes minutes, not hours. With access to NTBOBO’s library of 300+ mold sets, the BO-60 can be reconfigured to produce different conical shapes, stepped reductions, or custom end forms to match your product line.

The front-mounted control panel gives operators push-button access to all machine functions. No CNC programming is required — new operators can begin producing qualified parts within minutes of a brief orientation.
