Once material is loaded onto the double-layer feeder, the machine executes the entire welding sequence automatically. The 6-head gantry system welds multiple points simultaneously, significantly reducing cycle time compared to single-head alternatives. Freely programmable welding positions mean each condenser pattern is reproduced with consistent accuracy across thousands of units.

With 101 storable welding models and 3 selectable pressurized curves, operators can switch between condenser designs in minutes rather than hours. This is particularly valuable for factories producing condensers for multiple appliance platforms — refrigerators, freezers, display coolers — on the same line.

Voltage fluctuations are a common problem in industrial facilities. The RW-12 compensates automatically: when input power varies by up to ±10%, the secondary output stays within ±3% of its set value. Combined with a 40 KA maximum short-circuit current and 160 KVA × 2 rated capacity, every weld receives the energy it needs for a strong metallurgical bond.

The 1270 mm × 1200 mm effective welding area handles standard and large-format condenser panels. The dual 600 mm width configuration supports double-row processing, doubling throughput per cycle. Adjustable upper and lower electrode strokes (80 mm and 30 mm respectively) accommodate different condenser thicknesses without mechanical modification.

The painted steel gantry frame, pneumatic cylinder actuation on each welding head, and Grade F insulated transformers are designed for continuous shift operation at 50% duty cycle. Robust copper-alloy electrodes and secure pneumatic and electrical connections minimize unplanned downtime and maintenance interventions.
