Unlike conventional two-half clamping designs, the three-part die distributes clamping force evenly around the tube circumference — the same principle used in precision lathe chucks. This reduces tube ovality and surface marking during cutting, producing a smooth end face ready for welding or brazing without additional finishing. Die changes and diameter adjustments are faster because each segment can be swapped independently.
The rotary blade orbits the tube to sever it without generating chips or burrs. This eliminates metal debris that can contaminate refrigerant circuits, removes the need for post-cut deburring, and keeps cut-length tolerance within 0.5 mm per meter — a measurable advantage for automated downstream processes such as serpentine forming or return-bend insertion.
Multiple sets of straightening rollers remove coil set and bow from steel or Bundy tube stock, delivering tube with high straightness and concentricity. Consistent tube geometry is essential for accurate bending angles in condenser coils and for achieving uniform contact in wire-on-tube welding, directly reducing reject rates.
A Mitsubishi inverter governs feed speed (0–60 m/min) while a Mitsubishi PLC and KINCO HMI handle cut-length programming, batch counting, and fault diagnostics. Omron encoder feedback closes the loop on length accuracy. Operators can adjust parameters on-screen and store recipes for different tube specifications, minimizing changeover time between product runs.
Schneider contactors, CHNT pneumatic cylinders, and CE-rated electrical components are specified throughout. The welded steel frame receives powder-coat finishing for corrosion resistance. These choices reduce unplanned downtime and simplify spare-part sourcing in factories worldwide. The electrical system (380 V / 50 Hz / 3-phase) can be customized to match local power standards.

Compare to normal design with two-half clamping die, we design the clamping die in three parts according to lathe chuck structure, which can minimize the tube distortion during cutting, and the clamping die changing /adjustment will be more easier.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
