Key Features

Two servo motors operate each cutting line independently, so operators can run different tube lengths and feed rates on each station simultaneously. This eliminates the need to batch-process one length at a time, reducing scheduling complexity and increasing daily output.

The 360° rotary cutting method removes material without generating chips or debris inside the tube. Combined with a three-part clamping die that holds the tube at two points, the result is a distortion-free, smooth-ended cut with high concentricity — directly improving weld integrity in condenser and evaporator assembly lines.

Nylon rollers and U-shaped rubber belt feeding guides handle copper and aluminum tubes without leaving scratches, marks, or surface contamination. This is particularly important for refrigeration-grade tubing where surface defects can compromise brazing quality or cause cosmetic rejection.

The machine uses a Mitsubishi PLC and inverter for process logic and speed regulation, an Omron encoder for position feedback, and Schneider contactors for power switching — all CE-rated. The KINCO HMI allows operators to store cutting programs, monitor real-time production counts, and switch between jobs in seconds.

Handles copper, aluminum, and bundy tubes from 4 mm to 20 mm diameter with cutting lengths adjustable from 50 mm to 9999 mm. Cutting method can be configured as saw cutting or clean blade cutting depending on tube material and end-use requirements, giving manufacturers a single machine for multiple product lines.
