Tube Straightening Machine

The multi-roller straightening system progressively corrects bends without compressing or scoring the pipe surface. Finished pipes show no indentation and no diameter reduction, meeting or exceeding the Ministry of Construction standard of less than 1/1000 bending deviation per meter — critical for scaffold-grade and refrigeration-grade tubing.

At 12 m/min working speed, the BOBO-1 keeps pace with downstream cutting and forming stations. The synchronized chain drive delivers constant roller torque, so throughput remains stable whether processing lightly curved or severely deformed pipes.

The 3/4 KW drive accepts both 220V and 380V input, eliminating the need for transformer equipment in mixed-voltage facilities. This makes the machine equally practical for small rental yards reconditioning scaffold pipe and for factory floors feeding automated condenser lines.

Gears, sprockets, and chain drive are fully enclosed within a painted steel housing, shielding them from metal dust and shop debris. Machined steel rollers resist wear across extended production runs, and the ventilated lower panel prevents motor overheating during continuous operation.

Measuring just 1000 × 900 × 1100 mm at 350 kg, the machine installs directly on a workshop floor without poured foundations. Integrated mounting feet provide vibration damping, keeping the straightening axis aligned and output quality consistent over years of service.
