The NC control system with HMI display allows operators to program multiple bending sequences with discrete angle and feed settings for each bend. Operating at up to 12 MPa, the hydraulic unit uses imported valves and a dedicated large-capacity cooling circuit to maintain stable pressure and oil temperature throughout long production shifts. This prevents the gradual loss of bending accuracy that occurs when hydraulic fluid overheats in lesser systems.

Operators select manual mode for trial bends and setup, semi-automatic for supervised short runs, or full-cycle automatic for uninterrupted batch production. The mobile foot pedal supports two functions — cycle start and emergency stop — so the operator retains full control while positioning tubes by hand.

With a maximum capacity of Φ38mm × 2mm and a minimum bending radius of 1.5D, the BO-38NC handles copper, aluminum, and mild steel tubes commonly used in wire-on-tube condensers, evaporator coils, and refrigeration line sets without tube deformation or wrinkling.

At 2,500 × 750 × 1,250mm and 600 kg, the machine fits into existing production lines without major floor plan changes. The painted steel frame and polished die components are built for daily factory use, and the separate control console can be positioned for optimal operator ergonomics.
