Duct Manufacture Auto-line V

The Duct Manufacture Auto-line V integrates decoiling, leveling, grooving, notching, shearing, Pittsburgh lock forming, and hydraulic folding into one uninterrupted production flow. Dual decoilers allow coil pre-loading so the line runs with minimal stoppages. Operators input duct specifications through the English-language control software, and the system executes every step — from uncoiling raw galvanized or mild steel to outputting finished, lockseam-ready duct panels.

With ±0.5mm cutting accuracy and hydraulic-driven notching and folding, every panel matches programmed dimensions consistently across long production runs. This repeatability eliminates manual trimming and re-cutting, reducing material waste and ensuring duct sections assemble cleanly on the job site. The 8m/min forming speed maintains this accuracy without sacrificing throughput.

At approximately 20 tons and spanning 24 meters in length, the auto-line is engineered for sustained factory-floor operation. The structural steel frame, hydraulic shearing and folding systems, and hardened roller tooling are designed to process coils up to 1550mm wide and steel up to 1.2mm thick day after day without degradation in forming quality.

The line accepts galvanized steel and mild steel coils in two width configurations — up to 1250mm or up to 1550mm — covering the most common rectangular duct panel sizes used in commercial and industrial HVAC projects. Electrical supply runs on standard 380V/3Ph/50Hz with customization available for other regional power standards, making the line deployable in factories worldwide.

By combining eight production functions into a single automated sequence, the Auto-line V replaces multiple standalone machines and the operators required to run them. Mechanical feeding between stations removes manual sheet handling, reducing both labor costs and workplace injury risk. The result is a lower cost per meter of finished duct and faster order turnaround.
