Key Features

Aluminum foil strips are spirally wound and mechanically interlocked without adhesives or thermal bonding. This produces a consistent, leak-proof joint along the entire duct length, ensuring reliable performance in pressurized HVAC supply and return air systems.

The machine covers duct diameters from 60 mm up to 600 mm and produces continuous lengths from 1 m to 10 m. Mold changeovers allow a single line to serve residential, commercial, and industrial duct specifications without additional equipment.

An operator-facing HMI panel manages forming speed, cut length, and production count. Sensor-based material feed monitors strip tension and alignment in real time, reducing material waste and minimizing operator intervention during continuous runs.

Finished ducts can be automatically or semi-automatically compressed to a fraction of their extended length. This significantly lowers packaging volume and shipping costs — a direct benefit for manufacturers distributing to regional or export markets.

At 1.5 KW motor power and 300 KG total weight, the machine integrates easily into existing production layouts. Adjustable leveling feet and a modular frame design simplify installation on uneven factory floors, and the low energy draw keeps per-unit production costs minimal.
