Key Features

Six sets of hardened steel rollers shape the metal strip in controlled stages, distributing forming forces evenly. This progressive approach minimizes spring-back, produces consistent ring profiles, and reduces roller wear — lowering long-term tooling replacement costs.

An eight-digit counter lets operators program exact production quantities per run. Once the preset count is reached, the machine stops automatically, freeing operators for other tasks and preventing overproduction or material waste.

The CB4 processes Q195 and Q215 cold-rolled coil, galvanized sheet, and stainless steel in thicknesses from 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm. This range covers standard HVAC clamp rings as well as heavier bucket hoops, giving fabricators flexibility across product lines with a single machine.

Hand-wheel adjustments allow operators to switch between ring diameters (100–600 mm) and strip widths (15–60 mm) on the shop floor. No specialized tools or lengthy recalibration are required, keeping downtime between jobs to a minimum.

Pneumatic cylinders and high-strength mechanical components deliver reliable forming and cutting forces while keeping operating noise low. The 800 kg steel frame absorbs vibration, contributing to stable output quality over extended production shifts.
