Section Angle Steel Making Machine JY-50

The SBJY-50 uses hydraulic-driven rollers to bend angle steel into precise circular flanges. Unlike manual methods, hydraulic transmission applies uniform pressure throughout the forming process, producing flanges with consistent curvature and minimal spring-back — critical for airtight duct connections.

A single machine handles 3#, 4#, and 5# angle iron as well as matching flat bar specifications through interchangeable forming dies. This flexibility allows HVAC fabrication shops to produce flanges for multiple duct sizes and connection standards without investing in separate equipment for each profile.

At 820 × 490 × 750 mm and 355 kg, the JY-50 occupies less than half a square meter of floor space. Integrated caster wheels let a single operator roll the machine to wherever it is needed — next to a duct assembly line, near a welding station, or into a job-site container for on-location fabrication.

Operators set the target flange diameter using a hand wheel and reference scale mounted directly on the machine. No digital programming or special training is required — experienced sheet metal workers can begin producing flanges within minutes of setup, and repeat the same setting reliably across production runs.

The 2.2 kW motor keeps energy consumption well below that of larger forming equipment, making the SBJY-50 economical for small and mid-volume production. The machine connects to standard workshop power supplies without requiring dedicated electrical infrastructure.
