Key Features

The DCP 1000 converts standard spiral tube into finished corrugated elbows using hydraulic pressure, eliminating the need for separate cutting, segmenting, and welding operations that traditional elbow fabrication requires. This reduces both labor cost and material waste on the production floor.

Nine interchangeable mold sizes — φ100mm, φ125mm, φ150mm, φ175mm, φ200mm, φ250mm, φ300mm, φ350mm, and φ400mm — cover the standard chimney and HVAC duct range. Each mold is a one-to-one match to its target diameter, ensuring repeatable corrugation geometry without trial-and-error adjustment.

A 4 KW hydraulic motor provides controlled, uniform forming force across the full material range of 0.4–1.2mm GI or stainless steel. Hydraulic actuation delivers consistent elbow quality piece after piece, even during extended production shifts.

The integrated control panel with push-button operation keeps the workflow simple. Mold changeover is straightforward, and the machine requires no specialized training — a single operator can manage the full production cycle from tube loading to finished elbow output.

At 530 kg with a footprint of 2450mm × 1150mm × 1500mm, the machine is compact enough for workshop integration while heavy enough to maintain rigidity under hydraulic load. Adjustable feet allow leveling on uneven factory floors.
