Key Features

The 45KVA medium-frequency power source maintains consistent energy output throughout each weld cycle, eliminating the current fluctuations common in conventional AC welders. This results in uniform seam quality across varying material types and thicknesses, reducing reject rates on the production floor.

By using ∅2.0–∅2.6mm copper wire as the welding electrode, the machine avoids direct contact between the welding tip and the workpiece surface. This preserves the zinc coating on galvanized steel elbows, so finished fittings retain their corrosion resistance without requiring post-weld re-coating.

Operators can select continuous welding for airtight seams or seam welding for faster throughput on non-pressurized ductwork. Combined with adjustable welding speeds of 3–9 m/min and a fixed 6mm overlap width, the machine adapts to different elbow specifications and production requirements.

The integrated pneumatic system operating at 0.8 MPa clamps elbow segments firmly and consistently during welding. This eliminates manual alignment errors, ensures repeatable positioning on every cycle, and keeps the 6mm overlap dimension accurate across batches.

Water cooling at 0.4 MPa and 8.5 L/min dissipates heat from the welding electrodes during extended runs. At 2.5 tons, the rigid steel frame absorbs vibration and maintains alignment, supporting reliable operation across multi-shift production schedules.
