The BTF-II uses a fixed-mold forming system that locks seam geometry without manual recalibration. Operators switch between duct diameters across the 100–1600mm range without resetting tooling, keeping the production line running through mixed-order batches.
Unlike stop-and-cut systems, the flying shear mechanism cuts ducts to length while the strip continues feeding. The result is a clean, burr-free edge that needs no post-processing — reducing handling steps and improving installed duct sealing performance.
The machine forms aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, and color-coated steel from 0.4mm to 1.2mm thick. This versatility lets a single production line serve HVAC, industrial ventilation, and architectural duct markets without dedicating separate equipment to each material.
An induction sensor measures duct length in real time and triggers the cutting cycle at the programmed dimension. Once cut, the finished duct is automatically turned and discharged, freeing the operator to manage coil loading and quality checks instead of manual measuring and handling.
A 16 kW main motor paired with a 4 kW hydraulic unit delivers the torque needed for heavy-gauge forming while keeping total power draw under 21 kW. The 125W cooling water pump extends tooling life during continuous runs, and the low-power feeding motor maintains precise strip tension without waste energy.
