The BOT-I accepts round duct from 330mm up to 1500mm in diameter and reshapes it into flat-oval profiles up to 2550mm wide and 900mm high, covering the majority of commercial and industrial HVAC duct specifications in a single machine.
At equivalent airflow capacity, oval duct requires roughly 20% less sheet metal than rectangular duct. This translates directly into lower raw material costs per meter of installed ductwork, giving fabricators a measurable cost advantage when bidding projects.
The forming process produces a consistent mechanical lock seam that eliminates air leakage without the need for additional sealant or tape. Fewer leak points mean better system pressure performance and reduced callbacks for HVAC contractors.
A dedicated oval pressing machine is included in the production line, converting round spiral tube into the final flat-oval shape in one continuous process. This removes the need for a separate forming station and shortens overall cycle time from coil to finished duct.

Our oval tube former will satisfy most Ductwork requirements in the Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning industry. It will adjust to a variety of Round Duct sizes between 18”(450mm) and 60”(1500mm) diameter into Flat-Oval Ductwork.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
