The BTF-I forms spiral ducts from ¢80 mm up to ¢1500 mm by adjusting the forming head and swapping steel strips. This eliminates the need for multiple machines on a typical HVAC duct production floor, reducing capital outlay and shop space requirements.
An induction-based length control system triggers the integrated saw blade at precisely the right moment, cutting ducts to length while the forming process continues. Saw blade and forming speed are synchronized through PLC logic, preventing material jams and ensuring clean, burr-minimized ends.
The forming die set is manufactured from spring steel, chosen specifically for its fatigue resistance under continuous bending loads. This translates to consistent seam quality over thousands of meters of production before dies require inspection or replacement.
Diameter changes are accomplished by adjusting the strip guide and replacing the strip coil — no complex mechanical reconfiguration required. The control panel provides clear operator feedback, keeping training time short and reducing errors during product changeovers.
At 1,708 kg with a footprint of 2,700 × 1,560 × 1,950 mm, the BTF-I is built for continuous factory operation. A 5.5 kW main drive and 4 kW cutting motor deliver sufficient torque and cutting force across the full thickness range. For customers processing heavier gauge material, the BTF-I 1500C variant handles sheet metal up to 2.0 mm thick.

We accept 30% down payment by T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with the balance due before shipment. Other payment arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
Standard delivery is within 10-35 working days after receiving the down payment, depending on the machine model and customization requirements.
