Hydraulic Elbow Forming Machine BEM 1250

The BEM 1250 achieves forming speeds up to 15 m/min — approximately 5 times the output of conventional elbow machines. For duct fabrication shops producing high volumes of HVAC fittings, this directly translates to shorter lead times and higher throughput per shift.

The imported Italian hydraulic station maintains stable pressure throughout each forming cycle. This eliminates the deformation irregularities common with lower-grade hydraulic units, producing elbows with uniform wall thickness and accurate angles from the first piece to the last.

A joystick on the integrated control panel gives the operator precise directional input during forming, while foot pedals handle cycle activation. This dual-input design keeps both hands free for material positioning, reducing fatigue and improving part accuracy during extended production runs.

With a working range of 80mm to 600mm, the BEM 1250 handles elbows for residential branch ducts through large commercial trunk lines on a single machine. Changeover between diameter settings is straightforward, minimizing downtime when switching between job orders.

At 500kg and powered by a 2.2KW motor, this machine requires no special foundation and draws minimal electricity. It integrates easily into existing spiral duct production layouts, making it a practical addition for workshops operating under space or power constraints.
