Spiral Corrugated Pipe forming Machine
Continuous spiral corrugated pipe forming from coil — 300mm to 1000mm diameter, PLC-controlled.
Industrial forming machine for manufacturers requiring high-volume corrugated pipe production across multiple infrastructure sectors. Integrates continuous coil processing with automated cutting and unloading to eliminate manual handling bottlenecks in post-tension, drainage, and ventilation pipe manufacturing.

Key Features
GCr15 bearing steel rollers, hardened to HRC 58-62, ensure uniform corrugation depth and pitch across the full diameter range of 300–1000mm. Four press-adjusting rollers accommodate strip thicknesses from 1.3mm to 2.0mm, so operators can switch between product specifications without replacing the roller set.
A Mitsubishi inverter and PLC system govern strip feed speed (1–35 m/min), pipe length, and cutting cycles. Operators set parameters on the control panel; the machine handles forming, length measurement, and plasma cutting automatically, reducing skill dependency and human error.
The integrated plasma torch follows the pipe surface via an automatic height adjustment sensor, maintaining optimal arc distance regardless of pipe diameter. This produces burr-free ends at lengths up to 10,000mm and eliminates the need for offline deburring or secondary cutting.
The spiral subulate gear decelerator delivers high torque from a 22 kW main motor while keeping noise levels low. Combined with a 0.75 kW hydraulic motor for auxiliary functions, the system balances power output with energy efficiency across continuous production shifts.
The 1,200 kg capacity mechanical expanding uncoiler accepts standard coil sizes (ID 480–610mm, OD up to 1,000mm), and the automatic unloading rack supports finished pipes up to 3,000mm without crane assistance — reducing labor requirements and keeping the production line moving.
