Both models achieve 0.01mm positioning accuracy through fully programmable CNC axis control. Every spinning pass, tool path, and forming sequence is stored and repeatable, eliminating operator-dependent variation and maintaining tight tolerances across entire production batches.
The PX-250Ⅰ processes copper and aluminum up to 2.0mm thick, steel up to 1.2mm, and stainless steel up to 0.8mm. This range covers the most common materials used in kitchenware, conical containers, lampshades, and small industrial components — all on a single machine without hardware modifications.
The PX-250Ⅰ carries a 4+1 tool holder configuration, allowing roughing, finishing, trimming, and profiling tools to be pre-loaded and called automatically by the CNC program. This eliminates manual changeovers between forming stages, directly reducing cycle time per part.
With the PX-250Ⅰ handling blanks up to 250mm and the QX-150Ⅱ covering the 50–150mm range, operators can select the right model for their product mix. The QX-150Ⅱ’s 11kW main motor and 800 RPM spindle are tuned for higher-torque forming on smaller, thicker-walled parts.
Integrated internal and external safety protection structures shield operators during high-speed spinning. The 300mm whip blank support plate travel on both models ensures stable blank positioning, and the rigid tail force system on the PX-250Ⅰ (7kN max) prevents workpiece dislodgement during aggressive forming passes.
