Key Features

Programmable X-axis and Z-axis roller paths allow operators to produce parts with intricate profiles, uniform wall thickness, and smooth surface finishes — from shallow dished heads to deep-drawn cylinders — with repeatable accuracy across production runs.

Each model handles copper, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel across a defined thickness range. The QX2500, for example, processes copper and aluminum up to 15.0mm and stainless steel up to 10.0mm, giving factories the flexibility to serve multiple industries from a single machine.

The integrated tool magazine holds four tooling sets and switches between them automatically during the spinning cycle. This reduces manual intervention, shortens cycle times on multi-pass parts, and keeps operators focused on quality rather than tool handling.

Available as an option on the QX1450-Ⅰ and QX1650-Ⅰ, and as a standard-capable feature on the QX2000-Ⅰ and QX2500, the automatic trimming mechanism removes excess material and forms the final edge profile in-machine — eliminating a separate downstream operation.

Motor power up to 130kW and tail force up to 100kN on the QX2500 ensure the machine maintains stable forming pressure on thick, large-diameter blanks. Tail strokes up to 1000mm accommodate deep workpieces without compromising rigidity.
