The machine processes copper and aluminum sheets from 0.5mm to 5.0mm, steel from 0.5mm to 3.0mm, and stainless steel from 0.5mm to 2.5mm. This range covers everything from thin decorative lampshades to heavy-gauge industrial funnels without requiring a separate machine for each material.

A 1000mm maximum sheet diameter, 1000mm X-axis stroke, and 600mm Z-axis stroke give operators the space to form large and deep parts. The 500mm tail stroke and 15kN clamping force keep oversized blanks securely held during high-speed rotation.

Configurable with 4, 6, or 8 tool holder stations, the PX1000 executes multi-pass forming sequences — roughing, finishing, trimming, and beading — in a single setup. This reduces part handling, shortens cycle times, and improves surface quality on complex shapes.
