Both models complete all spinning operations — from rough forming to final profiling — in one clamping cycle. This eliminates the dimensional drift caused by re-clamping between processes and cuts per-part cycle time significantly, which directly improves throughput on fan cone production lines.
The PX800-Ⅰ achieves 0.01mm positioning accuracy while the QX800-Ⅲ holds 0.02mm, ensuring that cone taper angles, lip dimensions, and diameters stay within tolerance across hundreds or thousands of parts. This repeatability reduces downstream fitting issues during fan assembly.
The machines handle copper and aluminum from 0.5–5.0mm (up to 8.0mm on the QX800-Ⅲ), steel from 0.5–2.5mm (up to 4.0mm), and stainless steel from 0.5–2.0mm (up to 2.5mm). This versatility lets a single machine serve multiple product lines — from lightweight aluminum HVAC cones to heavy-gauge stainless industrial components.
The PX800-Ⅰ supports 4, 6, or 8 tool holder stations; the QX800-Ⅲ offers 1+1 or 4+4 configurations. Multiple tools remain loaded and indexed automatically by the CNC program, enabling complex multi-pass cone geometries without stopping for manual tool changes.
The QX800-Ⅲ pairs a 30kW main motor with 20kN tail clamping force, delivering sufficient power and stability to spin thick steel and stainless blanks at full speed. The 300mm whip blank support plate travel adds further rigidity for large-diameter workpieces, minimizing chatter marks and rework.
