The machine performs cutting and dual-sided chamfering — inner hole and outer circle — in one pass, delivering ready-to-assemble conduit ends that require no secondary deburring. Stable mechanical design and synchronized feed-to-cut speed maintain tight length tolerances across long production runs.

Operators store multiple product profiles in the CNC system and switch between cable lengths and diameters without mechanical retooling. This reduces changeover time significantly when a single line must serve multiple vehicle platforms or cable assemblies.

The mobile trolley output system catches finished casings directly at the discharge point, keeping the floor clear and minimizing part damage. Combined with the enclosed processing area, the design supports lean manufacturing and 5S workplace standards.
