Ethernet connectivity enables off-site fault detection and software troubleshooting.

Thermal Protection

Electromagnetic valve thermal protection with automatic power-off prevents overheating damage.

Compact Design

580 × 580 × 1,300 mm footprint, 300 kg weight fits existing cable assembly lines.

Key Features

The integrated PLC and operator display let technicians set exact cut lengths and select whether to apply a bumped (flower) end pattern. Digital control ensures every piece meets specification across long production runs, reducing scrap and rework.

With output rates of 1,000–2,500 pieces per hour, the machine supports demanding cable assembly schedules. Pneumatic cylinders perform rapid, consistent cutting and bumping cycles that maintain quality at speed.

Automatic air-pressure monitoring stops the machine and triggers an alarm when pressure falls outside the 0.5–0.8 MPa working range. Electromagnetic valve thermal protection cuts power before overheating occurs, protecting both the operator and the equipment.

An onboard Ethernet management port enables remote fault detection and software troubleshooting. Maintenance teams or NTBOBO engineers can diagnose issues without a site visit, minimizing production interruptions.

At just 580 × 580 × 1,300 mm, the machine occupies less than half a square meter of floor space. A sturdy enclosed base cabinet houses all electrical and pneumatic components, while an integrated task lamp provides clear visibility of the processing area for setup and quality checks.
